What are the ESTAS awards?
If you’re not familiar with ESTAS (Estate and Letting Agent Awards), let us explain a little more…
They’re based entirely on customer reviews. There’s no entry fee, no judging panel we need to impress and no awards you can simply pay to win.
Reviews can only be completed after a transaction finishes. You can’t review an agent you haven’t actually used. This means every review comes from someone who’s been through the complete process with us – from initial valuation right through to completion.
There’s a strict verification process to ensure reviews are genuine. ESTAS contacts clients directly after their transaction completes, so the reviews can’t be manipulated or faked.
The awards cover the entire UK property industry, with thousands of agents assessed each year based on their customer feedback.
“Best in Postcode” awards specifically recognise the highest-rated agent in particular areas. We’ve held this title for BL1 (Bolton town centre and surrounding areas) for 5 consecutive years now – making us one of the best estate agents in Bolton!
