Good Friday, really was a “Good Friday” for Roe & Co Residential Sales & Lettings. The Manchester Evening News contacted our office by email asking if they could feature us after seeing our Facebook post celebrating the success of a recent sale. As you can imagine, we were blown away that our social media presence attracted such a high profile Newspaper.

With this particular property, we marketed the property on the Wednesday, within a few minutes we had viewing requests coming in. They were all extremely keen and wanted to view the following day, which we of course accommodated. Shortly after the viewings, we received offers and due to the number of offers, we asked for best and final offers for the following Monday.
